SAP CRM will be available to customers via HP Enterprise Services' commercial data centers around the world, the companies say. HP is bundling the necessary infrastructure, platform and application services in an as-a-service model, allowing customers to pay on a per-seat basis for what they need to run the applications and processes.
"Cloud delivery models are becoming a top priority for clients due to their quick deployments, cost-effectiveness and overall flexibility," Eric Clark, vice president of enterprise application services at HP Enterprise Services, said in a statement. "In collaboration with SAP, HP is empowering clients to dramatically increase the availability and speed of business information via the cloud."
